How do I get a Bot Forge Chatbot ID?

Visit app.thebotforge.ai and sign up for a free account. Create your chatbot using our intuitive platform. Once your chatbot is ready, copy the Bot ID from the Share tab – WordPress section.

Can I specify which pages the chatbot appears on?

Yes, you can enter the page IDs or slugs where you want the chatbot to appear in the plugin settings. Separate multiple entries with commas. Leave blank to appear on all pages.

What are the system requirements?

Your site must be running WordPress 5.0 or higher and PHP 7.2 or higher.
