How can I integrate SupportAI on my website?

To integrate a chatbot using SupportAI, start by entering your unique API key on the platform. Once authenticated, you’ll be presented with a dashboard showcasing all your created chatbots. Locate the chatbot you wish to integrate and click on the “Integrate” button next to its name. Following this action, navigate to your website, and you should observe the chatbot bubble automatically appearing, signaling successful integration. This bubble is your direct link to the chatbot for your site visitors, offering them instant assistance or engagement as configured.

Installing the ZIP File

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin panel.
  2. Go to WordPress Plugins page and click on Add New button, then Upload the .zip file that you downloaded.
  3. Then click “Install Now” and then “Activate”
  4. Enter your API Key
  5. Select the chatbot you want to integrate on your website
