What happens if a post with the same title already exists?

The plugin will skip creating a new post if a post with the same title already exists.

i have been trying to download your plugin but I couldn't download it. Because whenever I click on the download link it go error handling and will never download the plugin is anything the problem ?

Initial release.

Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/rss-to-post directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
Go to Settings > General and scroll down to the “Custom RSS Feed” section.
Enter the RSS feed URL in the “RSS Feed URL” field and save changes.
