Widgets are now integrated into the core of WordPress starting at 2.2.
Nothing fancy. This plugin simply disables WordPress Widgets.
- Upload the
disable-wordpress-widgetsdirectory to the/wp-content/plugins/directory. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
- That’s it!
